While the staff helped us with our luggage, interaction could have been more attentive, as we occasionally struggled to find someone available for assistance.

Pokoje Goscinne Sw. Anny is a great spot! The location couldn't be better, just a 1-2 minute walk to the main old town square. My double room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a kitchenette and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful. Plus, when I left behind items in the fridge, they retrieved them for me!

The pillows weren’t great, and there was no air conditioning.

Just returned from a 4-night stay in room 7, with a cozy kitchen and a nice view. Only a short walk to the main square—ideal for evening strolls. The key drop box was super convenient for our early flight. Remember to pack light, as the spiral staircase can be challenging!
